Sir Ken

First of all, I can't believe it has been so long since my last posting. Time just flew bye.

Last weekend my husband and I were able to attend the Columbus Pen Show. We had a great time checking out the fountain pens and catching up with old friends. The only drawback is the 6+ hour drive both ways. That and not being with our pups (I know, they are older than pups...). When we picked them up, they immediately collapsed in the back of the car and tried to sleep all the way back to the house.

Just got back from the 2008 Keynote Address for the Governor's Awards for the Arts in Pennsylvania. Sir Ken Robinson was the speaker, and he had a very insightful message that was delivered with great humor. Thanks to the district for allowing me to attend.
