Just Found Out...
... that Mr. Moto is going to State College. I wish him the best of luck there. This means that the elementary school is without a principal so Mr. Rhoads will go back and be the principal. That is probably for the best but does leave the Middle School with no principal again. I wonder when a decision will be made. It will be nice to finally have things settled so that we can move forward.
Dog Training
Most of the training dogs have been moved to the Dushore location so I did an extended walk with Kirin. He has been in a small kennel, and I wanted to give him some exercise. Also, I wanted to see how he did in a more "normal" environment than classes or training in the parking lot. He was fairly good, but you could tell he was excited to be outside in the real world.
Right Now
As Twitter would ask, I am blogging and waiting for my milk to cool down so that I can add the starter to make yogurt. I also learned recently how to make pickled tofu. Please don't knock it until you try it. I always say that if you don't like tofu; you haven't had it prepared correctly!
