Honest. I've been trying to get things done in my room, but...
Yesterday I had the opportunity to have a chat with Mrs. Preisch (who is doing the lion's share of work between principals). She is working on the schedule - not an easy task! Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to meet our new principal, Mr. Gaetano. He will not be with us until the day after Labor Day.
Today I went in and had a nice talk with Mrs. Fry. While we were talking, Mrs. Griggs and Mrs. Waller (Watkins) came in to see her. Pretty important lady! Mr. Gee even said hi. I also had a long talk with Mr. Weaver, and Mr. Wheeland was also there. I was able to meet our new 8th grade Learning Support Teacher. I think he will fit into the team very nicely.
Tomorrow I plan on working on my Word Wall - we'll see how that works out!
