Reflections on the week

We just returned home from our usual dog walk with our friends in Brandon Park. It was nice to see the usuals - for once everyone was there. One of our friends had to return the dog that she had tried at home. Unfortunately, Misty did not do well with her original dog. Misty would be great in a home without another dog. She is very well trained.

School really went quickly this week. I was also very pleased as to how well my students, on the whole, did on their first spelling quiz!

Monday is a new adventure for me. I have, upon occasion, done some minor team teaching with Mr. Conoway and Mrs. Bomboy, but not for the entire year. With the new schedule, I have Mr. Wehler in my 1st period class to help. We talked on Friday about his taking a more active role, and I think that we can work this out. He will bring a whole new perspective that I can then use throughout the day. Sounds like a win-win to me!

You need to check out Mrs. Bomboy's site - she has added some cool links (and I love the Cool Math site).

Make it a great day!
