It never fails. No matter how much time I allow, the typical 8th grader waits until the last minute and then tries to scramble to get things done. It would be lovely if there did not need to be a due date, but then I am sure that we could begin the project in Sept. and there would still be people scrambling to finish in June! It just seems to take the last minute "Oh my goodness, it's due!"
I needed to get some training in today. Riley, a French bulldog, goes home in a few days and needed work on heel. So we spent the better part of an hour walking and heeling. Turns out he does well on the prong collar but not so hot on the flat.
