Activity 18

This week's activity has to do with searching through YouTube and TeacherTube, along with making a podcast. To be honest, this was the one part of the course that I am severely deficit in and need the most help.



To begin, I needed to find 2 posts that had to do with my teaching content or professional development. In that I am working with students on career exploration, I chose to look for job interview skills. The first was dealing with interview questions. This was quick and to the point, albeit a bit dry. The second one was much easier to follow and more concrete.



The second task was to find a how to video. Well, I started looking for a pad thai recipe, and ended up finding this video about being a vegetarian. As forewarned, I found it easy to be sidetracked in the myriad postings.

The third task was to find a video that was just fun, nostalgic or interesting. I could argue that I'd already posted that with the veg video but decided that I wanted to try and find something about fountain pens. This is about the 2007 Washington Supershow - and I think that I am in it.
