Throughout this course, I have been trying to "pass on the wealth" as it were. For some reason, people seem to think that I know what I am doing - no pressure here. And what I often find is that people still want that human connection - someone to sit/stand with them and help them through what they probably could figure out on their own if they were willing to take the chance. Usually, they are surprised by how easy it is.
The other thing that I have learned is that you can not force technology on someone (ok, I pretty much knew that going in, but had it confirmed once again). Everyone has their own comfort level.
