A Review of the Week, and Looking Ahead

This week seemed to be a little on the slow moving side - although I suspect that the 8th graders thought that it went quickly.

Classes Finally Done in the Library for the Career Project!

This marked the end of time in the library to work on the project during class. For some reason, "Somebody" told students that it was due on Friday. I kept saying that we were done in the library, not that the project was due. I'd really like to know who this Somebody is. I don't have anyone with that name in my classes! Anyhow, Somebody really stressed out the 8th graders!

Conoway does Machines!

Mr. C had classes working on machines - pulleys and levers. They had to collect their data this week. Again, Somebody was spreading rumors, that there was to be a 5 paragraph essay due on Friday, that there was a test... Who is this Somebody?

Weaver had projects due.

Lots of cutting and pasting going on! Some of them were pretty darn nice!

Off topic - Logan and Amber.

We were invited to join the Community Walk in downtown Williamsport on Tuesday. It was one of the most beautiful days to be outside so far this new year. I enjoyed being able to get my mind off of the usual and join with the group.
