I had an interesting time today working with the Apple computers and the students. The idea was to have them investigate three teacher web sites and find one thing on each site that would help them. What I really wanted them to do was to become familiar with our sites and help them understand how to manipulate their way through the district's site. Then, I wanted them to blog or post their comments. It was also an experiment on my part to find out what the issues were (i.e. new students have not been entered into the system yet) so that we could begin to address those problems. I remember doing that, except we watched you show us through the over head thingy! I only ever had one problem, remembering the site www.ltsd.k12.pa.us then once I finally had it down and memorized They changed it! Last year was really fun and awesome! I think it was my best year of school yet!!
