After two weeks of participating in our end of the day PSSA practice, we were finally able to reward the 8th graders with Kick Back Friday. We had an open gym where students played a form of mat ball, Mrs. Casale had Sit and Chat, and I had the computers available for games (I think that at least one student actually was working on a power point!). From the teachers' viewpoint, it went well. What did you as the student think?
Training
After school I dashed off to train (and got stuck in traffic). I think Minni was the smallest Yorkie I have ever seen. None of my training collars would work - she was that small. I think that she took 40 steps for my one (that could be hyperbole!). And she had a "pony tail" on the top of her head so that it popped up! Very sweet and very headstrong.

I sent the 8th grade teachers an email, today, praising the 8th graders for their consideration and maturity as they walk through the 6th grade area enroute to lunch.
