I spent a large part of my class time today talking about our upcoming field trip. Tomorrow I will pass out the permission papers, etc. (copier down yesterday!). Let's make every attempt to get them back to me ASAP!
Today was the 1/3 point of the marking period, and our progress reports were due in the office. I plan on handing mine out tomorrow. Most of my 8th graders have terrific grades - I keep telling them they need to do what they are told to do. This is working for most of them. Remember the progress report needs to be signed and returned in 3 days.
Dog hint: Don't allow your puppy to do something that you would not allow a full grown dog to do. It may be really cute to have them jump up on your lap at 10 pounds, but how about 40?
